From the hearty brunch to the tempting bistro offer, everyone will find something to their liking. During our visit, we focused on the breakfast and brunch offerings, the jewel of which is the Scruton breakfast, a hearty and satisfying choice that combines traditional flavors with a modern twist. The fried mangalica from Debrecen is accompanied by a perfectly prepared fried egg, the yolk of which flows softly onto the plate, thus creating an irresistible symphony of textures and flavors. But that’s not all – in addition to Debrecen and eggs, Serrano ham was added to the plate, which lends a little saltiness and depth to the dish. And instead of bread, the meal is accompanied by focaccia, with its crispy edges and soft interior, it is perfectly suitable for dunking the egg yolk. <\/p>\n\n

Another delicious delicacy is the avocado scrambled egg toast, which we have never tasted before. But what really sets this dish apart is the addition of avocado cream, its velvety texture and rich flavor that elevates the humble scrambled egg to new heights. And don’t forget the crispy bacon and cheddar cheese, which add a tasty kick to every bite. Completed with a handful of arugula, this dish is a feast of flavors, a real feast for the senses, for which we will definitely come back again. <\/p>\n<\/div>
