One of the most exciting sections of Flava brunch is the Bun\u2019n\u2019Roll<\/strong>, a perfect example of how a classic ingredient \u2013 in this case, buttery croissant dough \u2013 can be transformed into a contemporary, global brunch experience. The locally made, layered yet light dough not only smells tempting, but its crunch also suggests that something special is about to happen. The Juicy Bun\u2019n\u2019Roll<\/strong> is a beef patty and caramelized onion version that brings the world of hamburgers to the brunch space, complete with fresh arugula, bacon and fried eggs. The Eggstra<\/strong> is a reimagined version of the classic eggs benedict, with poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, smoked salmon and baby spinach. There is also a vegetarian combination available, the Goated<\/strong>, which tempts with a very special flavor harmony of grilled goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, onion jam and arugula. This foursome is not only gastronomically exciting, but also visually stunning \u2013 each dish is composed in such a way that the experience is perfect in addition to the flavors. The juicy banana bread, crunchy hazelnuts and hazelnut cream give this dessert breakfast a playful twist, which is made perfect by the creamy coolness of the mascarpone ice cream and the lightness of the fresh fruits. A perfect example of this is Flava’s brunch Turkish eggs<\/strong>, which very quickly became one of our favorites. The creamy labneh is complemented by the flavors of brown butter, fresh mint and parsley, and is served with soft, homemade focaccia. Fresh and rich at the same time, a real flavor bomb that is really not worth missing. If you are looking for something more serious, the Steak & Eggs<\/strong> is the perfect choice: 150 g rib-eye steak with poached eggs, which gives you energy and pleasure at the same time. <\/p>\n\n
